• Building a companion on the name, likeness, or identifying details of a real person in order to exploit, coerce, extort, or harass them;
• Using the platform to threaten or blackmail another person, including by means of intimate imagery;
• Any sexualised depiction of a minor, and any attempt to involve a minor in sexual activity.

Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate removal, suspension, termination, and notification to authorities or financial partners.

Cooperation

We respond to lawful requests from law enforcement, regulators, and our financial partners in accordance with applicable law, and may notify them where content or conduct on the platform indicates trafficking or exploitation.
